The Duolite holder has been our most popular holder to date. As a minimalist holder with full RFID protections, the Duolite is second to none. Its open face design allows for better visibility of the card, unlike other closed face holders that become scratched and dirty, making them hard to see and read.

The Duolite's two-card quick slide design is what makes this holder a winner. With the increasing popularity of smart-chipped ID cards, more workers need to remove their card to place it in their computer for access. Using the Duolite, removing and replacing the card in the holder is truly effortless, as you can simply slide it out to remove and slide it back in until you feel the click to relock it in place.

When it comes to using your card for contactless entry, the Duolite shines. No need to remove the card from the holder - simply sliding either card halfway out allows it to be read by the door scanner. Our special finger pressure lock release design allows the card to easily slide out only when you press on the card, otherwise it stays locked in.

This holder is FIPS 201 approved and designed to protect 2 cards operating at 13.56Mhz and above, which includes US federal employee ID cards, CAC cards, credit and debit cards, most hotel room key and transit cards. For office buildings that use a lower 125khz prox card, we offer the BloxProx Lite version that can protect those.

While we have improved the design over the years, shielding and durability has been our focus. We chose the most durable polycarbonate formulation we could find for the plastic parts, and have even run this holder over multiple times with the owner's 4-wheel drive truck, and it hasn't broken. To ensure our plastic parts are always true to spec, they are molded on an American-made tool in Florida, using a US tooling company that creates tools used in the medical industry, to ensure precision tolerance, unlike some Chinese tools with poor tolerance shipped to the US.
